FAQs
At the heart of every relationship we build is one essential value: trust. We believe trust begins with listening first. By truly understanding our clients’ goals, concerns, and circumstances, we’re able to create debt relief solutions tailored to each individual’s unique situation.
At Debt Free Bridge, our commitment to customer care sets us apart. We do what we say we’ll do and always act in our clients’ best interests. Our focus is on transparency, integrity, and delivering real help when it matters most.
Our results speak for themselves. Every month, thousands of people take their first step toward debt relief with us, and we’ve helped countless clients regain control of their finances and move forward with confidence. We take great pride in our reputation, our ethical approach, and our leadership within the debt relief industry.
We don’t just deliver results—we deliver them the right way.
Our clients have access to a wide network of partners including options for debt consolidation loans, credit counselling services, bankruptcy referrals, and more. Our team of debt relief experts will review your unique situation and offer solutions based on your situation, your location, and your goals.
Our program is simple and straightforward. Instead of paying your creditors directly, you make a monthly deposit into a Dedicated Savings Account that’s in your name and fully under your control. As your funds grow, we work with your creditors to negotiate reduced payoff amounts.
Because creditors understand that receiving a lower payment is often better than receiving none at all, they’re often willing to settle. Once an agreement is reached, you approve the use of funds from your Dedicated Savings Account to pay the negotiated amount. As each account is resolved, it should be reported as a zero balance, helping you move steadily toward financial freedom.
Debt Free Bridge goes beyond simply making sure our services are affordable. We take the time to review your budget carefully to ensure the solution we recommend truly helps relieve financial pressure. And because you can customize your deposit schedule, you stay in control and feel confident throughout the entire process.
Debt Free Bridge does charge a fee for our services—but unlike many hardship-based programs, our fee is entirely performance-based. That means we don’t earn anything until we successfully negotiate results you’re happy with and real savings are achieved.
Our fees vary by state and by the total amount of debt you enroll (up to 25% of enrolled debt). When compared to the thousands of dollars in interest you could continue paying while struggling with minimum credit card payments, most clients still experience significant overall savings.
While every situation is different, here’s an example from a recent client:
“Mary” came to Debt Free Bridge owing $22,800 across credit cards and a personal loan, with monthly payments totaling just over $1,020. After transitioning to a fixed income, her priority was lowering her payment and eliminating her debt. She enrolled in a plan with a $362 monthly deposit for approximately 48 months (4 years) to become debt-free.
Under Debt Free Bridge’s program, Mary’s debt could be resolved for about $17,300, compared to an estimated $63,434 she would have paid by continuing minimum payments.
That’s the power of a plan designed to reduce stress, lower costs, and help you move forward with confidence.
